How was Emre Tezmen appointed to the MKK?

Questions remain over how Emre Tezmen, the owner of Tera Investment, which lies at the centre of the collapse in the fund market, has served on the board of the Central Securities Depository of Turkey (MKK), one of the capital markets’ critical infrastructure institutions, since 3 August 2023.
